I’m Sarah … a certified meditation teacher specialising in mindfulness and compassion practices - with a special interest and training in chronic pain recovery.

I’m also a wife, mother to a rowdy cub-pack and, notably, a person who has lived through severe chronic pain.

In this space, I share thoughtful meditations to nurture a sense of presence, peace and pause in our busy work and family lives – and to encourage insight and healing for people living with pain.
